This league is a  4 vs 4 co-ed league. For reverse co-ed 4's leagues, teams must have 2 female players on the floor at all times. Male players are NOT permitted to block & they may not not use an overhand attack (spike) method unless standing behind the 10' line. Net height will be set to a standard women's height. Each week a team will play a full match which each consists of 3 sets played to a winning score of 21. Leagues are 8 weeks long plus 1 week of playoffs.
