* A $25.00 fee will be assessed to any person submitting a payment whose payment is returned/denied from the bank.
*If a team registers and then withdraws, they are eligibile for refund under the following conditions: Prior to 14 days to the start of the league a full refund will be issued. 7 - 13 days prior to the league's beginning start of play date a 75% refund will be given. 1-6 days prior to the league's beginning start of play date a 50% refund will be given. Once league play begins for a specific session no refund will be issued.
*Failure to show for your games once registered and paid does not warrant a refund due to holding a space or spaces that may be occupied by another team. If another team agrees to take the place of a team wishing to withdraw, they will pay a pro-rated league fee. A partial pro-rated refund may be issued at that point to the team wishing to withdraw. VooDoo Athletics LTD is not responsible for finding a replacement team nor will VooDoo Athletics LTD or any of its agents actively pursue a team for the purpose of replacing a registered team wishing to withdraw.
